The arrangement is structured around a month-to-month residency. In the event of entering into a month-to-month rental agreement, concluding the agreement is contingent upon the issuing party providing a 30-day written notice of their intention to terminate. The decision to renew on a monthly basis rests with the discretion of the management at Heritage RV Park. Applicants may be obligated to undergo a comprehensive background investigation.
*Application must be fully completed in order to be considered for acceptance. There is $25 fee per adult that applies to monthly stays only. Upon completion of the below application, please also email us the following documents to info@99westrvpark.com

Yes! If you are wanting to stay for longer than 10 nights, you will need to apply (no fee). To apply online, simply tap on the "Long Term Stays" link in the menu.

We love pets at Heritage RV Park! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, all dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, and a copy of the certificate, along with a photo of your dog, must be provided to management. Dogs over 20 lbs are allowed at the manager’s discretion. For the safety of all guests, pets must always be on a leash as required by California law. You are responsible for any bites, noise, or damage caused by your pet. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed to bark excessively, and only two pets are permitted per space unless approved by management. Pets may not be left outside without owner supervision, and it is recommended that all animals be spayed or neutered. Cats found outside your RV may be taken to the SPCA at the manager’s discretion. All approved pets must be registered with management, and pets causing a substantial nuisance may be removed from the park. Guests walking their pets must carry a bag, pooper scooper, or shovel and must clean up after them immediately. Droppings left unattended may result in a $25 fine per pile. For safety reasons, breeds categorized as aggressive—including Akitas, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Malamutes, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Huskies, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wolfdogs, and any mix of these breeds—are not allowed. Yes! Whether you're staying for a few nights, a week, or long-term, our clean and well-maintained laundry facility is here to meet your needs. For added security, the laundry room is accessible with a designated code, and all machines are pay-per-use.

That’s why we offer free WiFi as a courtesy to all our guests! Enjoy reliable internet access from the comfort of your RV, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Our pool is open from 10 AM until dusk, Tuesday through Sunday, during the regular season. It’s closed every Monday for a good deep cleaning to keep everything nice and safe.
During the winter months, the pool is closed completely.
The pool’s open to all registered guests. Since there’s no lifeguard on duty, we just ask that everyone swims safely and looks out for each other.
Yes! Our Bocce courts are open year-round from 10 AM until dusk, weather permitting, for all guests to enjoy.
