Month-to-month residency: 30-day written notice is required to terminate. Renewal is at management’s discretion. A background check may be required.
Application requirements: Application must be fully completed to be considered. $25 fee per adult applies to monthly stays only.

Yes! If you are wanting to stay for longer than 21+ nights, you will need to apply (no fee). To apply online, simply tap on the "Long Term Stays" link in the menu.

We love pets at 99 West RV Park! To keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone, all dogs must be vaccinated (rabies certificate required) and registered with management, including a photo. Dogs over 20 lbs are allowed at management’s discretion, and a maximum of two pets per space is permitted unless approved.
Pets must always be leashed per California law and may not be left unattended or bark excessively. Owners are responsible for any noise, damage, or bites. Pets should not be left outside without supervision, and spaying/neutering is recommended. Cats found outside your RV may be taken to the SPCA.
Please clean up after your pet immediately—failure to do so may result in a $25 fine per occurrence.
For safety reasons, aggressive breeds (including Akitas, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, and similar mixes) are not permitted.

Yes! Whether you're staying for a few nights, a week, or long-term, our clean and well-maintained laundry facility is here to meet your needs. For added security, the laundry room is accessible with a designated code, and all machines are pay-per-use.

At 99 West RV Park, we know how important it is to stay connected, whether you're working remotely, streaming your favorite shows, or just checking in with family and friends. That’s why we offer free WiFi as a courtesy to all our guests! Enjoy reliable internet access from the comfort of your RV, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Our pool is open from 10 AM until dusk, Tuesday through Sunday, during the regular season. It’s closed every Monday for a good deep cleaning to keep everything nice and safe.
During the winter months, the pool is closed completely.
The pool’s open to all registered guests. Since there’s no lifeguard on duty, we just ask that everyone swims safely and looks out for each other.
Yes! Our Bocce courts are open year-round from 10 AM until dusk, weather permitting, for all guests to enjoy.
